Questions, answered

Clarity before the next step.

What to expect from your Snapshot, your report and a conversation with Providence Capital.

Getting started

What will my Retirement Income Snapshot show?

A preliminary monthly income gap: your before-tax income goal compared with the Social Security, pension and existing annuity payments you expect at your selected start age. You see the numbers and assumptions before deciding whether to request a report.

See the calculation method →
Do I need statements or exact numbers?

Estimates are welcome. Have an idea of your income goal, expected benefits and retirement resources. Choose unknown when you cannot confirm an income amount. No account numbers, Social Security number, date of birth or document uploads are requested.

Start my income snapshot →
Can I use this if I am already retired?

Yes. You can use today as your starting point or select a future income-start age. For a household, keep the goal and all income sources on the same combined basis.

Create my snapshot →
Is there a charge or obligation?

There is no charge to use the educational Snapshot, calculator or guides. Requesting a report or an introductory consultation does not obligate you to buy a product. Any later product costs, compensation or professional service terms should be discussed before you proceed.

Your results

Does my result recommend an annuity?

No. A result organizes planning questions; it does not select a product or establish suitability. Accessible cash, portfolio withdrawals, spending choices and contractual income have different tradeoffs.

Compare the approaches →
What happens if I do not know an income amount?

Your result stays provisional and identifies what needs confirmation. Unknown income is not treated as confirmed zero. Payments that begin after your chosen start are excluded from the starting picture and flagged for review.

Read the assumptions →
Does a zero gap mean I am ready to retire?

No. It means only that the entered income covers the entered goal at the selected starting point. Taxes, inflation, longevity, healthcare, changes in household income and other circumstances still need consideration.

How is the MYGA comparison different?

The MYGA lane focuses on a fixed term, the money you may wish to set aside and when you might need access. It does not calculate lifetime income or publish current carrier rates. A fixed-annuity crediting rate is not a lifetime-income payout rate.

Privacy and contact

Can I see my numbers without providing my email or phone?

Yes. Your numerical result appears first. If you choose an emailed report, a phone number is not required. A consultation request offers separate contact preferences.

How your information is handled →
Who receives my report or consultation request?

Providence Capital receives your submitted contact details and planning context. Its website, CRM, email and scheduling providers support the request. Viewing a result alone does not send your planning answers to Providence Capital.

Meet the business behind the site →
Will requesting a report authorize automated texts or AI calls?

No. A report request does not authorize marketing texts or artificial-voice calls. A requested human callback and an optional scheduling reminder are separate choices. Contact us to change your communication preferences.

Review privacy and communication choices →
Can I use the site without analytics?

Yes. Choose Essential only in Privacy choices. Optional analytics is separate from the assessment and from permission to contact you. You can change your choice later using the footer control or the Privacy Policy page.

Consultations

When is my consultation actually booked?

Only after Zoho Bookings confirms the appointment. Opening the scheduler or receiving a report does not reserve a time. Check the timezone shown in the scheduler and use the confirmation instructions to reschedule or cancel.

See consultation information →
Can you help in every state?

Education is available broadly, but insurance services depend on licensing, carrier and product availability. Providence Capital publishes service states in its disclosures. A result does not establish eligibility for a service or product.

What if my report does not arrive or I need help?

Check your spam folder. If the request was saved, keep the report offered on the confirmation screen and avoid submitting repeatedly. Call (425) 243-4521 or email info@providence-planning.com for assistance. Do not email account numbers or sensitive documents.
