Your planning answers
The Snapshot saves planning answers and progress in this browser tab with a two-hour expiry. Contact form fields are not saved in browser storage. Use Start over to clear saved assessment answers. Calculator inputs remain in page memory until you leave or refresh. Avoid entering account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or sensitive documents.
When you send a request
Submitting a report or consultation request sends your name, email, optional phone, planning answers, calculated result, contact choices, and campaign attribution to our secure website service. We retain a protected submission record and use Zoho CRM to organize the request and assessment. Hosting and email services help deliver your requested report and notify Providence Capital. A report request does not authorize marketing texts or artificial-voice calls. A requested human callback and an optional scheduling reminder have separate choices.
Scheduling and follow-up
Zoho Bookings provides the scheduler and receives the information you enter there. Opening the scheduler connects your browser to Zoho. Assessment amounts are not placed in the booking link. Your report email includes a scheduling link. Where offered and selected, one scheduling reminder may follow an unbooked request; its unsubscribe link stops future scheduling reminders. Contact us to change your communication preferences.
Analytics and advertising
Optional Google Analytics runs only after you choose Allow site analytics. It receives approved page paths and generic interaction events, not assessment answers, financial amounts, contact fields, query strings, or URL fragments. Campaign labels may be kept in this browser tab for up to two hours and attached to a submitted request. Advertising measurement is not currently connected. Privacy choices last up to 180 days and can be changed through Privacy choices. Hosting providers also process ordinary access logs.
Storage and your choices
Submitted information is retained to fulfill requests, manage relationships, maintain communication preferences, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to the business and its service providers for those purposes. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to stop optional communications. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, or to honor an opt-out. Clearing browser data does not delete an earlier submission.
